Multiplayer Captain Battle new patch 1.5.5 problem

I am a great fan of captain battle multiplayer and play only this mod. Since the news patch 1.5.5, I am very dissapointed, my men walk instead of run, sheildwall are now not fun to use, they change control keys to commande your troops.. they change too much thing and the game is now not fun.

anyone else dont like the patch?
 
I don't care about the F commands changing, it takes time to adapt.

The walking is an issue though

I agree, patch 1.5.5. Nobody tested the captain's mod on beta. It is necessary to return the old command system, or better at least give the player the opportunity to choose between control systems.
 
an other thing, i tried to find how face ennemy direction.. and never find, in other post they said we cannot.. Its a real pain to see my shield man die again horses archers.

PLZ return the old command system !
 
The move speed bug is hitting hard in this patch. Whole units cant get back to regular speed.

F3 F1 to face direction and same combo to face enemy. It sucks but you have to toggle between the two.
 
The reduced speed while in formations was a design choice, not a bug, but that proved to be too much and they increased the speed of soldiers in formations again to almost the same value as before on the new beta. (This info is in the 1.5.6 patch notes)

About the command keys...when it was changed on beta 1.5.5 we were all very pissed because of this, but they are working on improving it and they know that is not good the way it is now, i really hope they make it better than what we have now.

In Closed Beta Devs have been playing the game as well. How much easier it would be to find out that the shield formation speed is wrong...?
I found out that this is too much immediately after i switched to shield formation, in first minutes of the game!

The same with commands...

Its enough to play the game you are working on!
 
You can face enemy, but have to re use the same key 2x to face a new direction. It has to be done quickly.

The speed bug when you spawn as a troop in shield wall is ridiculous though. It happens every time

It's a toggle, so if you need to turn them again, you need to press the same keys x4.
F3 F1 to face direction ... (Enemy moves, so need to adjust facing) F3 F1 to face enemy, F3 F1 to face direction
 
the gameplay has become even slower, nastier, dumber and more boring ... It looks like the captain's mode is finally finished ...
I believe the speed problem is already fixed in 1.5.6.

Agent speed limits were decreased drastically while moving in formation, this proved a bit too much and was increased in some arrangement types closer to their previous value.
