In Progress [MP] Always Stuttering in Multiplayer game

Summary: I have poor performance in multiplayer, even on low settings. With any action in the game(swings, attacking, getting hits, someone killed and etc.), I get staters in frametime. Playing on 60 fps. Tuning on V-sync not help. In Singleplayer game all ok.

OS: Windows 10 Pro
GPU: AMD RX 470 4gb
GPU Driver Version: 21.10.2
CPU: Intel® Xeon® E5-1650 v2 (analogue Core I7 4930K)
RAM: 16 gb
Motherboard: Huananzhi x79
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): Patriot Burst 240GB (Game on SSD)
 
I have fps drops alot too, I thought they resolved after I changed some settings and closed my own issue. But they are still there.

So far weirdest pattern I see is, fps drops from 60 to 40-45 when I spawn in the game. If I am spectating, its 60 fps very stable, even if I am watching the most intense fights of people on G flag from their point of view. Any idea why this could be?
 
Hi Guys,

I have an issue where my 5600XT is not working at 100% while I`m playing multiplayer in Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord.

Whenever I`m picking a character and joining the fight, I`m experiencing a terrible stuttering and framedrops. Then my GPU utilization is below 50% according to Task Manager. But whenever I`m switching to the spectator mode (or get killed) the game is buttery smooth without any stuterring nor framedrops and GPU utlilization is at 100%.

Any ideas?

Running latest 22.11.2 AMD drivers.
