In Progress Mouseover info with castles/towns/sieges

Summary: The mouseover tooltip when checking a nearby siege/town/castle sometimes never shows up or 'triggers', you have to repeatedly go over it sometimes (or zoom in/out) in order to get it to work; maybe the 'window' for the mouseover is bugged?
How to Reproduce: Quite often, mouseover has good% chance to not show any info summary of a town/castle unless you repeatedly do so until it does.
Scene Name (if related): Town/castle/Siege info, and world map battles/armies

Here you can see it. It happens completely random. Both in zoom in and zoomed out. Both castles and town and mostly during sieges.
