Need More Info Mouse Not moving and can't attack armies

OS: win 10 64bit
GPU:Radeon RX 460
GPU Driver Version: latest

Mouse does not move in game, but I can still click things. It's as though the mouse isnt rendering in it's proper location. In a menu or mechant the mouse behaves normally.

Fixes tried.

>Mouse drivers
>Change screen resolution
>Change quality to lowest
>Graphics drivers
>Windowed mode

Now I can't attack armies on the world map even though I am clicking on them where the mouse would be as I can see the tooltip.

Hey, can you delete the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord" file and verify the integrity of the game files afterward. Please let me know if the issue is persistent.

The issue carries over between other high cpu usage games, but not in low-demand ones, I guess it's a universal issue regarding my weak CPU
