Mounted Archer Perk not working

Summary: I learn the Mounted Archer Perk and buy the noble long bow to try it , and i won't work my carater would not take the longbow on horse with the perk learn
How to Reproduce: Buy the noble longbow, learn the Mounted Archer Perk, try to use the longbow while riding the horse
Version: e1.4.1.232571
Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 10
GPU: Msi Armor RX 480
CPU: Ryzen 1700
RAM: Corsair Venganse ddr4 3000mhz
