Mounted Archer (Can't equip bow on horseback)

The skill says you can equip any bow on horseback but I can't equip the Western Yew Bow on horseback.








Am I misunderstanding how the skill works or is this bugged?

Most likely the last. Also, there is a mounted Archer Perk for Bow, and there's Bow Expert for Riding. Both say, that you can use any Bow on Horseback. Is it ment to be this way or might it be connected, that only one of these two grant you the ability to use any bow on a horse?

Yea I noticed. All the +Companion perks are broken too. None of them work as far as I noticed
