Resolved "Mounted Archer" Bow perk doesn't seem to work

So I got to level 100 in Bow, and selected the "Mounted Archer" perk option, which is supposed to let me use any bow on horseback. But I tried to use a longbow while mounted and my character wouldn't draw it.

Are a lot of these perks actually non-functional yet? Or is it just a bug?

Same issue. Additionally, the equivalent perk in the mounted tree doesn't work along with the +ammo perks or the mounted crossbow reloading perks. Many of the perks with any sort of testable effect simply don't work.

Hopefully they implement those soon then. Some of those perks are pretty interesting and can be game changers, if they worked lol.
