Just done it myself. Will set all the stats to the same and they'll appear as such now in the MS. Real changes will be Riding of Sarranid and Vaegir Archers from 2 to 1. Nord Huscarl Power Draw from 1 to 0.

Well I guess interesting in the sense that they weren't shown but the gameplay won't actually change.

Some interesting ones:

Nord Horseman Horse Archery was 3 not 2
Vaegir Horseman Horse Archery was 1 not 0
Vaegir Horseman Power Throw was 4 not 2
Sarranid Archer Ironflesh was 4 not 2
Vaegir Archer Power Draw was 7 not 6
Khergit Horse Archer Agility was 18 not 14

There are quite a few differences. Most are one stat here and there. No difference in Athletics.

Looks about right actually, as if vaegirs needed more archery power though XD, but guess they have always had it. Vaegir horsemen come out as surprisingly good jav cav with these stats too.

Vaegir Inf jav drop for Cav? :grin:
 
A small fix of a fix, if you are really doing 1.158:

module_scripts.py, line 26669, remove the bold lines:
        (assign, ":quest_expire_penalty", -1),
      (else_try),
        (eq, ":quest_no", "qst_lend_companion"),
      (else_try),
        (eq, ":quest_no", "qst_collect_debt"),
Or the real code later in the else chain won't execute.

Well Swadia is really OP, armor for inf too cheap, the helmet tweak on crossbows allows them to gear up to haubergeon with a good helmet and a heatershield + heavy crossbow, and all that without having to get a single kill but simply surviving the round, unless you used the regular crossbow this wasn't possible before the tweaks (except if you used lesser equipment for the other things)
I agree. I find it more easier to play as Nords and Swadia now for some reason:grin: But I think in clan matches if you use swadia and you win 2 rounds in a row, I don't think the clan who is losing, would have a hope in hell of getting the next 2 points back on the board. Why I think Swadia is the faction of the warband decade to go for now.
 
I was surprised as Nord infantry yesterday it was giving me the option to pick up a bow off the ground, never did that before although I have picked up an xbow once or twice in the past to use at short range.

Not only have Vaegir archers been nerfed but when I play Vaegir skirmisher (throwing infantry) I can't afford half the equipment I used to get and now spend much more time looting stuff off the battlefield.  It makes me sad.  :cry:
 
Yes Lust had his way with Vaegirs. Gave them a really red bum. We'll see how they play out in UNAC as it's the first tournament to adopt 1.157.
Also you've been able to pickup a bow as Nord Inf for a while now. I've done it in a few scrims to keep up the pace of fire.

Might be a bit late now, but just in case: could the spawned weapons having blunt hit sounds bug be fixed? It should be a tiny tweak in the source code (as explained by cmpxchg8b), but noticeably improve mods that use weapons spawned into the scene.
