Recently me and some friends have been trying to play Warband multiplayer in the year of our lord 2024, so far none of us have succeeded.
As we understand the process you must:
In addition to asking people to check if the game is up I have been using the M&B Central server list:
Also while most people agree port 7240 is all you need to open, this page on portforward.com claims its a whole other set of ports for the steam version,
and that the ports are different for TCP/UDP
A bit more information:
I am running the Steam version of Warband, 1.174 on windows 10.
As we understand the process you must:
- open UDP port 7240 on your router and firewall.
- Got to Multiplayer->Host a Game
- Click "add to official game servers list"
- Give the server a name, password,ect
- Click "Start Map"
