I advise you use water, because it's really hard and drinking alcohol is bad. (at least that's what I've been told)

Extra challenges:
Drink a gulp for every gulp you take
Have a friend on the same server trying to get you to pass out as quickly as possible by doing the above things
Use a big glass
Go to a server with 200+ ping
