Ok guys, after dealing with rapidshare for 40+ minutes to get the manual downloaded I decided to upload it to one of my sites. Now, this is a direct link to the same manual available via the rapidshare link in the first post, I will leave this up until someone can get it hosted on the file repository site. So please, if you upload it to that site or see it is on that site, post here so we all know.
