Well, I tried to take that castle five other times, each time losing upwards of 20 guys - so I just got frustrated and used a cheat.

Yep

The words were done in Photoshop though.

Just press "print screen" on your keyboard (near the top right of your keyboard) then alt+tab out of Mount&Blade, open paint, hit cntrl+v and then save it.
