does bannerlord supports PBR materials and all that stuff?

It uses PBR. It says that in one of the videos ("Engine Power" maybe). That's pretty much all we know for now.

I understand that they cannot give exact release date, but i cannot understand why they cant say 2017 is not a release year.

Obviously they feel a release before the year has ended is possible, but not guaranteed, and therefore they can't specify whether it will be a 2017 or 2018 release date. They're the developers, it's up to them to decide when they game is ready. Why is there so much frustration on the release date? They're taking their time, it'll be done when it's done, and that's better for both the developers and the customers. There's far too much impatience and self-entitlement. Is Armagan not nailing down a release date really so significant in our lives?

I grew up in the Soviet Union and say that capitalism no better than communism.
Only the world is not black and white, because in every political system has its pros and cons. Therefore it is not necessary to smear black paint.
Moreover, say - in the Soviet Union was not built communism. And even socialism is not built. Did not have time to build. Then what about "bad communism" can you talk?

Well someone is trying to get the devs to answer some modding questions, there's no guarantee they'll actually answer though.

They did say ages ago that lords should be more affected by the economy with regards to keeping their troops, which is along the same lines. But who knows if it will be balanced properly, this feature was supposedly in Warband but was too subtle to notice.
