player upgrades = unlockable special abilities
Like in Skyrim. "Put a point here, and get 18 times more backstab damage." I hope not, but this is how looks. Please, don't lynch me.
I know TW wouldn't do that, because doing such a thing to a M&B game would be even worse tan Oblivion's horse armor DLC.

Except, you know, M&B already has a skillpoint system comparable with Skyrim's perk trees.

The mod's not dead. I've been spending most of my coding time working on MB3, but I've also been tinkering with a more sophisticated character development system, possibly for release next year or possibly for when MBBL comes out.

The difference is that in Skyrim you level up once and you get an overpowered bonus, and in M&B you get a smooth succession of small bonuses.

Imagine the epic combat of this game combined with the immersiveness of an online, interactive world. Full loot pvp, raiding, player battles etc. Single player is fun, but can never get the same rush as pvp. Especially if you feel like you actually have something to gain by winning a fight other than a +1 on a scoreboard.
I'm afraid Bannerlord is likely not going in that direction.
Nijis is a developer, but he's got a Moderator flag simply because you've seen him post in his own mod's board, which of course is moderated by him.Mr.Milker said:I am confus.
Nijis doesn't have the dev tag, just a moderator. And what the heck is MB3?! He uses MBBL for Bannerlord, so...wat?

I believe that his MB3 was just a hasty misspelling of MB2, because I highly doubt the possiblity of M&BIII: Wrath of the Last Bannerlord being even planned.
Now let's get to serious business.
A DEEP, COMPLEX ANALYSIS OF THE 18-SECOND BANNERLORD FOOTAGE
Exclusively made for you by LumoCorp Ltd.
After seeing that video, I made haste and dialled some phonme numbers. After yelling for a bit, I managed to get some guys from the R&D department to analyse this video. And given that I'm not paying them for it, we didn't make a frame-by-frame analysis video.
Instead, we got some screenshots. Here's what information we uncovered:
[spoiler="Lords" screen (one image)]
Enjoy the analysis, dear fellows.
Goker said:Lumos, on the first screen, you've got a section on the top that you dubbed "unknown". It does look like a filter for different item types. Armor, weapons, food, etc.
