You know there's no guarantee that they will do anything on the 27th. Just because it has been exactly one year doesn't mean much, everyone is setting up and imaginary goal and building up towards it. What happens if the development hasn't been going so smoothly? What if they had to tear down large parts of the project and build it up again?ect.
"Soon" could mean anything and all i am saying is that we shouldn't get too hyped over the fact that we think something big is going to happen on the 27'th(1yr after the announcement) - no promises were made.
But then again the devs haven't commented saying nothing will happen on the over hyped  27th.
It could go either way, just saying.

I visit this thread like 10 times every 3 months or so. Even I can understand what is going on. These people make jokes about everyhing now. Being serious would destory what remains of their sanity.

I visit this thread every. single. day. and they have made that promise and I trust in them.

We know that you guys are waiting. But please understand that we are not releasing any info at this stage for many internal reasons. However, here are some facts that some of you guys are wanting us to reiterate.

Fact #1

Bannerlord is coming!

Yes, this is not a rumor, the teaser is not the joke of the year. The game is currently under development.

However, we cannot say when it will be released "yet".

Fact #2

As Captain Lust mentioned, we are also working on opening the flood gates and letting you guys in on the fun. We are also as much excited as you guys because without anyone knowing about the game, the game is really not a game (that's the coffee speaking).

However, our lips are sealed for a reason and when the time comes, we will be glad to post stuff and let info "leak". Captain is working on a few things that he will be showing you guys when that happens.

Fact #3

The date of info release is not very far away. But please do not interpret that sentence as "we will get info next week". It can run up to a few more months or maybe even a little longer. That time depends on how some of the cogs in the system comes together.

But I promise you that it will not take us another 6 months to start talking about it.

Until then, keep this thread alive and entertain me!

I didn`t see it. Perhaps I need some sleep. But if I am right and there was no date set, then wtf are you talking about?

What promise? Promise to give us info soon? You mean the same kind of promise like 1 year ago?


Don`t get me wrong, I wholeheartedly  respect their decision to not reveal info before they are ready. But their "soon" is definitely something else entirely.

Source? Only thing I remember that was remotely specific was the "you won't have to wait 6 months again" speech they gave us in May.

Yeah, and so far we've had to wait 5 and almost three quarters of a month, in reality they're just not great on PR.

--> 5+6=11, therefore there are two more months to go until the deadline

To clarify that for you: The deadlne for the 6 months promise is the 6th of November, the 6.11.2013 or the 11/6/13.

No promises have been broken.  Information in no more than 6 months from that post on May 2nd would put the promised date on November 2nd.  September 27 th is merely the one year anniversary since the release of the teaser trailer, not the promised date.
