ROFL

i'm suprised this thread hasn't been Locked yet... BL needs to be out.. otherwise Give an EA on steam...

idk if you guys read the Steam forums... but everyday a new thread arrives of when the game is gonna be released or TW is lie.. etc etc
check them steam forums by yourself... its chaotic...

give the people what they want otherwise ****s gonna continue until the game actually releases..

But that's the thing. TW CAN let the **** continue

However, I agree we could lock the thread. Most of the ideas have been posted, and now, it is more nonsense than actually anything constructive.

TW is a lie/ is lying?????
They've given us so much content about Bannerlord, how are people so pissed off about some delay all the time?

Here's an idea, hold off on the rest of your requests for more features until the game is released. Not that I think it's hugely likely but they do see our suggestions and like them and want to add them and that pushes back the release.. it may or may not be likely but at this point I think we should just let Taleworlds do there thing. Question for Lust: You have a policy where you don't want to release content in small batches such as one screenshot... but that being said what is stopping you from updating people on twitter or steam each week on what the office is up to? For example a twitter post could be short and sweet and give us just a little something to go on. And yes I understand there are certain things you can't talk about but at this point I'd be happy knowing what you and the team are having for lunch...

The lack of communication is what they think they need to do. If you want to see their refusal to waver from that policy in the face of public frustration as disrespectful, then go ahead.

I do, and I will.

Taleworlds are just one of many in a long line of game developers who depend on an unflinchingly sycophantic fanboy defense force to applaud them while they conduct their community relations unprofessionally, disrespectfully and unappreciatively.

I just hope we don't see the typical results of this scenario on release day: A turd of a game.

I just don't understand why some people/fanboys try to defend the indefensible?. It's becoming like single handedly defending Rorkes Drift armed only with a spoon, against the Zulu hordes.

two sides of the same coin. Both trying to win a Internet discussion on a silly topic. Both fail to understand you can't win a Internet discussion

at least it is amuzing to see both sides fight to the death. Wasting time, energy, money, life, chi, solar power, iPhone battery, free wi-fi, ...

what a hamfisted metaphor. it's just a game, guys. honest to goodness. if you don't like the way development has been handled, maybe send an email. you're just cluttering up a thread with moaning that the developers aren't going to see anyway. but whatever you decided to do, evaluate your priorities before you get so upset over the way a game is being developed that you end up comparing it to some imperialist invasion of sovereign land? for your own health.

You're absolutely right. I don't personally believe that completely excuses Taleworld's unprofessional community relations, but for all we know Bannerlord could end up being a dumbed-down-for-the-masses consolized joke IP cash-in of a game when it finally releases.

No point getting worked up about a game that could very well turn out to be a disappointment.

I'm starting to feel bad for CL. He can only post and say what he's allowed to but gets all the heat. Hang in there buddy. Don't give up on TW just yet.

If that happens, I'm going to have an aneurysm.
