I'm really not lying, it was there and yes it was called blog 13 don't know what happened to 12 lol.
It was about them having Multiplayer Co-op however in the same party. The host would lead the party around on the campaign map but at scenes like cities, battles etc. Everyone could walk around buy stuff hang out in the tavern. Then it told some more about dedicated servers which will allow up to 256 players (Not campaign ofc).
I have no idea why it was taken down though! Maybe supposed to be released later this week instead, and some of you other must have seen it, there were like 300 likes and 20 comments!

TODAY THE DEVS WILL DECIDE YOUR FATE!

When you kill someone the screen should shake so that it feels satisfactory instead of them just falling down,But i really am happy about the graphical upgrades and the new combat system,This game seems revolutionary!

Why are there people against co-op? It would be probably the single biggest/most welcome addition other than death and succession

unless you poor chugboys got no friends to play with

It depends what you mean by plans. I don't know how anyone could truly plan a mod until the game is released or at least a lot more is known about specific commands etc that the editor allows, but people have already enthused about the potential for PW mods in the much larger maps that are possible in Bannerlord, and there undoubtedly will be PW mods for it, and there may be people who intend to create such mods.

Does anyone know if there's plans for any type of Persistent World mod for Bannerlord?

I plan to make something similar, atleast initially, as a project to learn and start modding Bannerlord, since I won't need the use of my ****ty art abilities, just -mostly- coding. Then develop that onto a more big, sort of RP mod, project.

Of course, this is in case modding in Bannerlord gets to be easier than in Warband like the devs say. Because making PW has been no easy job for Laszlo and Vornne, as simple as it might look it has a lot of tricky code due to engine limitations.

The persistent mod(s) is one of the reasons I'm looking forward to Bannerlord. On warband it was fun and immersive as well, but it felt too clunky and laggy from time to time. I can't wait to try it out.

Waste of development, co-op games are boring in the long term and I'd rather have Taleworlds use resources on the glorious multiplayer so I can chop my friends' heads off.

I dissagree. I'm not sure how much resources it costs, but I know allot of people have been requesting something like this. True, the idea is simple but the implementation not  quite , so in the end it may be a waste. But if you never try you'll never know.

For example, if 1 person would lead the elite troops, or the calvary, or both a mix of, you can do tactic stuff. Ofcourse after a while a computer controlled enemy might be getting dull.

But don't forget, in Napoleon wars multiplayer, you could do something similair like this, where you would lead either calvary, inf or artillery. It was not a very big battle nor did you had diverse troops, but it was quite popular and fun to play.

Co-op can add a lot of gamelay but it still rehashed old single player gameplay with a friend, so for me it falls under player against bots gameplay. So i'd rather have them do a better multiplayer in the essence of Dedicated steam servers like CSGO is using to cut the pings of all players from southern europe by much, more gametypes and maps and decent character progression.

If you guys want Persistent World in Bannerlord, Life is Feudal looks like enough. Of course, I'm sure modders could figure something else out.

And to be honest, Life is Feudal has waaay too much to stick around on.

Nononono, you'd better check out "Forsaken Uprising". It's a totally legit game, by those talented indie developers known as Digital Suicide Homicide. :fruity:

Sorry, was mostly looking for an excuse to use this emote.

Neither of those games deserve to be called games. They are "completed" and they barely deserve to be called Alphas.

All of these weird medieval-fantasy crafting survival pvp games..... Total borefests.... I checked out Life is feudal, couldnt play more than 6 hours. My brain cut my own head and it jumped out. My eyes exploded and my jaw broke itself from yawning too much

As I went to each of this guys sources, I was already muttering curses about him because I was pretty sure he was talking crap.
But if you look at TW twitter you can see they were talking about the info leak mentioned earlier.  Now there might be some real hype in that....

There would be immense talk about that leak here if it happened though... this place has some really inquisitive people.

Look at TW's tweets, it says they will have more on it "soon".  Soon.

Mhm... :fruity:

Lucky for us lower rank members, we don't have to worry about making excuses to preserve our reputation, yet.

*prepares for hail of "you're so immature" comments*

EDIT: Anyways, so if that leak did happen according to their Twitter, then how soon is "soon"?

First posts about Bannerlord date back to 2009/2010. My educated guess will be that 'soon' will be close to 2025/2026 :fruity:

Take my money TW, I dare you!! *don't let me start begging again*
LET'S START BEGGING! Pleeeeaaaase take my money TW!?
