Agreed. One of the most annoying things I find is when people ask for games to go into early access and then they complain about how "bad" the game is when it enters early access because they expect the game to be complete. They don't understand the point of early access and what its used for, they then proceed to get mad and start complaining.

I don't think so. There is a huge ministry logo on their stand's wall

Can't they go on early access?
I'd much rather wait another two years or so before seeing Bannerlord go to irritating early access.  :meh:

I agree with that.

But a nonirritating early access would be nice

TaleWorlds are getting sponsored by both Economy Ministry and Tubitak (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) because of the in house engine development. Which counts as creating a technology or smt.

Republic of Turkey also take support from Ministry of Turkish Economy but our economy is not so well
Beside the joke , Taleworlds got their Ministry funding by the help of Digital Game Developer Association's(Doged) attempts.Ali Erkin was really active in DOGED but I'm not sure if he is still active or not. Here  , It's from Science, Industry and Technology minister Fikri Işık's visit in 2013. You see  , no one has any clue about what they are doing

And this picture is from Turkey's booth. Its not Taleworld's booth. So Its normal to see that logo probably.

Has anyone commented on the 'accompanying' section of the troop management screen?

What could it be for? There is a section for prisoners, so it can't be that. Perhaps special NPCs like in the missions to rescue a merchant's daughter from bandits? In Warband those rescued NPCs join the army and can actually fight in battles (though I don't know if they can be killed); I don't think the merchant would be happy for his daughter to be risked in battles!

Another detail of interest to me is the small troop pictures next to each troop type, a nice touch.

The "Accompanying" section is probably for persistent NPC, like lords and companions.

Not companions, as there is companion in player's Troops section. I agree it may be for characters like daughter's merchant, but I also hope that you can have a choice to make the caravan you escort join with your party. Heck, maybe you can have some surgeons and alike there?

Or, maybe... just maybe... a personal retinue that follow you around town etc?  :fruity: (Probably not)

Edit: Might also be cool that to get the benefit of a character with a high trade skill, or high diplomacy skill - you have to include them in your retinue. Likewise, good fighters in your retinue act as bodyguards during ambushes in town.

Good idea; it would make sense for them to be in that section, rather than escorting a caravan by alternately running on 5km ahead or hanging back, and occasionally losing them entirely as sometimes I've done in Warband .
