No use of hands needed if you're speaking...unless of course you're one of THOSE people, who get naughty thoughts after hearing someone else's voice.

Oh and talking about vent, EVERY decent IRC channel needs its own vent/teamspeak server, so also #mount&blade. The fun you can have with it.
