Mount and Blade with fire and sword, How to get own Vassals?

Hi Everyone,
I recently bought Mount and Blade with fire and sword and within two hours of real time playing, I conquered Smolensk and I got the surrounding 5-6 towns with it, I have a 192 person garrison as well, and about 10,600-ish thalers left after about 20,000 thalers in upgrades and developments. My question is how I use my companions to be my vassals now. I have a strong force and steady income but no vassals.

Did you try to talk to a companion and ask him if he wants to be a lord of a fief¿ press p>click companion>talk and their will be an option

You can also talk to other lords and convince them to join your righteous cause but you cant use this option if there are other lords near the lord you talking to, and/OR if the relationship is bad

I forgot that long time ago I made a faction not in native wfas, but in this mod https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,218099.0.html I'm pretty sure you can make a kingdom, since long time ago I remember making ingri a lord
