Villages suck. Just do your best and keep fighting them off when they come for your village. Lords will be less likely to raid it if they like you, but it won't stop.

Strange. she should be somewhere within the castle/throneroom. Might be a bug. Is there a feast? If there are many lords in the room, she may not have spawned.
How can i rescuit powerful troops?
You can't really. You can hire mercenaries, but they're expensive. You can also liberate experienced soldiers that are being held prisoner by your enemies. You can also attempt to hire prisoners you have captured yourself, although this can be difficult to accomplish and the morale hit is usually not worth it. Your best, most concistent bet is to put points for you and your companions into Trainer to turn peasants into proper fighters ASAP.
How to bring peace with rhodes?(i am only male vassel).
As a vassal, the only way you can is to complete a relevant quest given to you by a Guild Master, but it's rare and relatively difficult to complete.
Peace and war between factions is unaffected by gender.
How can i earn more easily?
Productive Enterprises are a great option, as well tournaments, selling off prisoners, ransoming lords, looting enemy villages, and attacking enemy caravans. You can also earn more fiefs, and improve their prosperity. Some quests, especially quests to rescue lords, collect taxes, and eliminate bandit hideouts, are also quite lucrative.
Trading can also be very lucrative if you know what to buy and sell, but you really only have time to trade if you're at peace.
How can i get help for attacking castles or besiege them?
If you're a Marshal, you can lead your faction on campaigns, which most of the lords will assist you on, usually. Until then, you can ask lords that have high relations with you to follow you and suggest what they should attack/defend themselves.
