Mount and Blade Warband has stopped working PLEASE HELP!

Hello, I just created this account to post this message. Ever since about a week ago, I could not launch Mount and Blade Warband. I have been playing the game for a while (239 Hours) and my favorite module is the Napoleonic wars module. Starting a few days ago, I had to refresh my PC (Uninstalled everything I basically ever downloaded). I reinstalled steam, and all my games. Now, whenever I try and launch Mount and Blade Warband (Any module) it does the cinematic video for the paradox interactive thing, then will just close out. My steam icon is green during the video then goes blue (Which infers Im not in game) whenever the Video ends. Every time after that, it would finish the video and go to a black screen which would then give me the error message "Mount and Blade Warband has stopped working". I have tried reinstalling the game (6 times, actually), Deleting the one config file that is replaced once the game launches, disabling in-game steam interface, verifying the game cache, disabling the load textures on demand, disabling and enabling cheats, changing language, and running steam as administrator. I have no clue what to try next. I don't want the $30 I spent on the game to go to waste because it won't work. Please tell me the fix down below so I can play with my regiment again!

I have had this issue as well, for roughly the same amount of time, beginning Sunday at about 2:00pm.

Sadly, I do not have the solution to this problem. I wish I could find it, as it seems this may be a recurring problem if it is not only me.

(Man, being without Mount and blade for a week is torture  )

UPDATE: I solved it but I don't know how, But I do have a few things I can recommend to get it working. When you reinstall the game, restart your computer. Then when the game launches and you exit out again, restart your PC again, then it should work fine. 2nd possible way- Disable In-Game steam interface (When in steam, Go to top left hand corner, click Steam, Settings, click the In-Game tab, UNCHECK the first box, which says "Enable Steam Community In-Game") 3rd possible way- If you have the game Project Zomboid, uninstall it if installed, it is a ****ty laggy ass game anyway and it seemed to somehow fix my problem when I uninstalled. I don't know, but it just worked after. HOPE I HELPED! PLEASE KEEP THREAD ALIVE! I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO OTHERS!

Well, I have one solution, which always works for me. I use steam, so it may be different if you do not:

1)Go to Documents>Mount&Blade Warband
2) Delete the 'rgl_config' file.
3)Go to your steam libary and go to Mount&Blade Warband
4)Right click the game title, and go to 'Properties'
5) When there, go to Local files and click 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'

After that, it should work. If it keep happening, this method can be repeated. Also, it does not remove any save files, so you won't lose any progress on any campaigns.

Ya, I have this problem too. It just started a week or so ago. I've tried deleting the rgl file, reinstalling, verifying, and pretty much everything I can think of multiple times to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
