Mount and Blade price reduced?

I'm not sure if I dreamed it or something, but I could have sworn I saw a post that M&B would be going down in price from the Taleworlds website, in preparation for the release of War Band. I've got a buddy at work who wants to get the game, but is kinda strapped for cash. Any truth to this?

well it alreday at nive price before warband i got it like $7.50 from D2D its geting at good price adn ect not because of warband just in genreal

I recall reading that it was on sale for some ridiculously low price off some game site. Can't remember what it was though

i got it a while ago for around 7$ off of steam.
