Some time ago I made a small irc channel for Mount and Blade on quakenet for myself and some friends i'd recruited into the game, the channel is mainly aimed at the many new arrivals the game has gotten since launch and now with Warband, but older players and modders (wub you guys) are also welcome.
The rules for the channel are very simple, don't be a prick or a cs kiddie (in regards to multiplayer), such behaviour will earn you a swift boot. Other than that it's an easy going channel for socializing and MnB discussion, all are welcome, old and new.

Hope to see people from multiplayer (or those waiting for an invite) for some discussion on the finer points of pwnage and perhaps organice some matches on the less popular servers.
