After looking more into it I'm 95% sure the reason I can't get Battle Time to work correctly is due to the game version provided by steam. I contacted Tale Worlds customer support and apparently they can't give me a cd key that will work with v1.153. Lucky enough we're in the age of steam refunds and I'll just go back to enjoying my copy on GOG. (And look forward to the coop in Bannerlords!)

New to the forum/game. I think I'm posting this in the right place but if not I apologize.
I bought Mount and Blade on GOG awhile back and finally got to playing it. Really liked it and when I saw there was a coop (Battle Time) mod for Mount and Blade Warband I went ahead and got Warband through steam as well.
I downloaded the Floris Evolved mod (one that comes with Battle Time as well as its own installer) through Nexus. I forwarded the ports 7240-7245 on my router and even disabled my firewall temporarily but when I setup a battle using Battle Time and start a listen server my coop partner cannot see it. We can see other servers and join them together, but my server just doesn't pop up for them.
The battle loads with right assets and I can solo it by hosting a multiplayer game if I want.
After fiddling around and not finding a solution I decided to try using Battle Time without the Floris Evolved Mod I got from Nexus and to try setting up a dedicated server.
However, the steam version of Mount and Blade was 1.72 (or something along those lines) and the Battle Time and Dedicated Server links I found listed here on Tale Worlds only supported v1.153 of M&B.
I downloaded the M&B install file for v1.153 from Tale Worlds, but when I tried to launch it it prompted me for a CD Key. I entered the CD key provided by Steam but I get a messaged that activation has been denied.
Does anyone have an idea about how to fix the cd key issue or how to get my listen server in the 1.72 version visible/connectable?
I am running windows 10 and have read through quite a few forums and found nothing. I'm sure the files have been installed in the correct location, the WSE is being used, and that the correct module is being selected on launch. I am also sure that I have forwarded my ports correctly.
