sure, but I guess implementing the mechanics of inheriting a kingdom from a npc is quite far on the horizon. Plus there is the fact that Ira is a companion and not a playable character... whenever the empress dies there is going to be some major power dynamics testing on the game's inheritance system. Would Ira be the heiress instead of the player and would that cause her to leave your party and companion status when she inherits the throne? Would your child inherit before you if your character outlives Ira? Would it pass directly to yout character as soon as Rhaega dies? For example, I know marrying Ira can allow your child to be heir to the throne, but which other powerful people can you marry? Both male and female marriages are valid.

I wonder if even tale worlds has all that figured ou yet.
Hahahaha, of course I also married Ira. I'm just saying I'm not sure what's going to happen when the Empress dies... Not that she could do that in the current version. That was an example. If you can think of someone better to marry, tell me.

Yeah,it's supposed to be done through the Barter screen. After you make her fall for you,she should tell you to go speak with her clan leader.Once you start that conversation, you should have the option to talk to her about marriage. This is indeed bugged for me and some other players(since the offer button in the barter menu was blocked),but we managed to make it work through the "proposal that may benefit both of us " ,which carried the marriage proposal to that screen.I can't figure out how to propose to Ira. I don't get any options to discuss marriage on the "I have a proposition for you" Only a barter screen comes up. Am I missing something? She is friendly and I had her an army that successfully took a castle and a town but I can't seem to figure out the marriage option??
An help would be appreciated. She and Rheagga are both Battanian nobility in my current game as the Empire has been eliminated.
I killed the empress myself.. I captured her in battle and executed her. The leader of another clan became emperor. It's probably the clan with the most influence, but I haven't really checked. It could also be random.Hahahaha, of course I also married Ira. I'm just saying I'm not sure what's going to happen when the Empress dies... Not that she could do that in the current version.
