More Rainfall

Ive read that the game has weather effects etc....but have yet to see any. Is there a way to increase the likelyhood of rain and storms in the game?

If your graphics settings are low you'll never see the rain/snow etc.

As for the increasing, I have no idea.

Well, that's odd.

But then again the rain and snow is very uncommon in general.
Then you could just have had the badest of lucks and never been in a scene when it has been raining.

Rain tends to increase in Fall, snow in Winter.

Personally, I would be very interested in hearing how to increase weather effects myself. I really like the fog, rain, snow etc. but you hardly ever see them.

Nope. However, there is some stuff on weather somewhere in the module system. I can't be assed to find it right now, but I'll find it later if you want.
