More Metal Sounds?

I'm hoping that this isn't right in front of me, but I can't find it anywhere so...

I really like the metal sounds in mods like 1257 and Age of Change, and I believe that the sounds were made by Checkmaty.

But, I can't find any post detailing how you can put these sounds in your own mod.

Do I have to talk to Checkmaty or is there a download somewhere or what?
