Dunno if it's already been suggested, but I'd like to see more kinds of warbands out and about. For example, you're the only mercenary in all of Calradia. I know the lords tend to change sides a lot, but if there were other mercenaries around in the world it would add some atmosphere. They could work like the nobles on the overworld, they would have a named leader that would be unkillable wandering around the world. They would be able to sign in with a nation or just wander across the lands fighting what they want. It would also add a bit of extra fun if you could hire them out to attack others, join your new faction or just hire them into your warband. That and maybe add some bands of soldiers lead by un-named units. Like a lord could send out several small armies out to patrol or attack other areas.
