It would balance out those masochistic lower ranks nicely.

I support this notion. I always wanted to be a Duchess.

You don't make pork chops pink, they come that colour when they're raw. You can keep them pink by undercooking them.

I think the obvious answer to new ranks is "Bannerlord" at 150 days, and "Butterlord" at 200.

The soap jokes only work for the OldGen GMKs, they are not funny or meaningful to many others, especially in the on-topic.
Medieval noble titles are a logical, if not very interesting next step. Those titles need to be pimped up like in Archduke or Uberking.

Continuing an earlier theme, I think we should we use all titles of the leaders of murderous hate groups: Imperial Wizard, Fuhrer, Chairman, The Pope, etc.

I like of the idea of a sword with the flags.

Or maybe the flag wrapped around the hilt of the sword.

If Bannerlord's most prominent faction is supposedly inspired by the Roman empire then how about roman style weapons/symbols/titles? Could use gladiator ones too I guess.

I'm not much of a pixel artist, but I took a crack at modifying some of the existing weapons to work with the idea of long/greatswords and titles of nobility.

Here they are, alongside a GMK lance for comparison.

They're the same size as the GMK lance, and are based on the Sgt. at Arms and Weaponsmith (Eogan) weapons. I sized up the existing weapons to be longer and thicker, and then added a flag wrapped around the tip for each, to keep with the existing forum theme.  I think these could fit well with Orion's Baronet, Baron, Viscount, Count idea. As for Marquis and Duke, I have no idea what to do. If someone has a suggestion, I'd be happy to give it a try, although I'm considerably worse at creating things from scratch than I am at editing things that have already been made.

I think the penants on the swords looks a little odd, and that Eogan's unique icon should remain unique, though could be given to the person(s) who supply more rank icons. There is a conspicuous lack of two-handed sword icons, so I think that's a good direction to go with it. I also think adding a fuller to the elongated sergeant-at-arms sword would make it look a bit less flat (a fuller is the groove down the flat of the blade, Eogan's icon has one).

You could make a mashup of the hilt from Eogan's icon and the longer sergeant-at-arms blade to get a fancier two-handed sword that is still distinct from the weaponsmith icon.

Now that's the kind of thing I was thinking of. Especially what you did by making the new weapons the same size as the jousting lance.

Obviously I'm not the best at it, but someone who is better at it could maybe improve on it or something.
