I made a second party and chose one of my followers who specialize in tactics to lead them. Not more than a couple days go by (in game) and troops desert the party and then I look to see what’s going on and the morale is 0 and they are running from looters. Anyone know what’s going on or what I did wrong? I have tons of food and denars in my inventory btw.
