Hi, i was wondering what does morale do? or have you guys havn't got to that part yet?

I don't think morale does anything yet.

I think if it gets really low or something, people start to disband.

If you don't give food for your troops, the morale goes down and when it's low enough, they'll abandon you. I'm pretty sure it goes like that.

Yes, make sure you don't run out of food. If you don't feed them for a few days you'll soon see how quickly they desert!

I'll have to go back and test it again, but as I recall when I allowed starvation to reach 100% for a few days, nothing happened except for the warning message.

I'm not sure how long I left it at starvation levels though, but it's my impression that they can go without food for a long time - I'm just not sure how long anymore, at least several days.

Has anyone had troops desert?

One other thing: you start to slow down on the world map while you are starving.

I've had my men desert because I fed them grain. But with fish, you can never go wrong.

And about starvation: I'm pretty sure that starvation is linked to the speed of your party on the map. The more starved you are, the slower you move.
