Hey there!

I've been away from these forums a while, and just noticed this thread.

A long ways back I fantasized about a Holy Grail mod, but without modding skills I was never able to get it off the ground. I downloaded Wings3D and meant to teach myself the ropes, but I never got around to it.

There are no models or textures or anything like that there, but there are quite a few ideas that I had for a kickass Grail mod, and you're welcome to use any of them that you like (with perhaps a concept credit for myself if you do choose to use any that were my idea? ).

Drop me a line if you'd like to discuss anything, and good luck with the mod!

(While I'll remind you that I have zero modding experience, if you happen to have something really simple that needs doing, I might be able to help you out. Hopefully I wouldn't do more harm than good. )

I hope you do dismemberment like in the movie ie tap an arm and it completely falls off and blood shoots out. That was my favorite part.

if this is already noted, dont get annoyed, I'm too lazy to read everything.
I remamber a small mini mod, it was for 0.808, it included the notorious black night, with dialog! so if someone remember this, contact the maker and get him/her to aid ye in your quest for possible the be mod EVER!

Well I have awoken from my slumber.
I recently took about a week's break from the internet.
I know what your thinking "Worst week of his life" but surprisingly when my internet free week started I almost aced my finals and got my B's up to straight A's for the end of the Semester..... Strange, isn't it?

dont think dismemberment is awaible in M&B, the game dont have a physics engine, like half-life 2 for example...

im just writing of what i read on another thread.

They said you could remake the corpse when they are dead, as in when you kill them the corpse on the ground is missing its head and its placed a bit away but you cant actually make the head roll of the body and on the ground... (as i said, its maybe possible but im just writing something i read on another thread, think it was the warhammer mod)

I've been observing this mod for a few months now, and from what I see, It looks like a good idea but not enough supporters.

Hey, so from what I can see a big problem is that we can't get the horses to be invisible/can't lower the rider etc. Well what I was thinking is that we make an item that increases you agility like 30 points or something. I know that you can have items that increase stats, (like in the starwars mod there are gloves that increase power strike). Just get an item make it look like coconuts and then get it to increase agility a lot. =]
