Can anybody link me to any MODS where you can have your own faction and recruit your own Lords?

Sword of Damocles v4.1 is a mod based heavily on managing your kingdom so i suggest that

My mod utopia hasnt been released yet but has that, 12 factions and Im probally going to have the player start with his/her own faction
