Of course. The module system you download basically creates a native module, which you can modify to your heart's desire. There's a couple or so mods that are improvisations or an expansion to the native game. Here's one of 'em: http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/board,109.0.html
You could modify (with some limitations) the txt files in the existing Native module but there is no need to do that when you have the module system.

Yeah thats the first tutorial made by armagan.There is a new tutorial however but my microsoft word cannot open it,while me notebook doesnt read it and i dont know why.Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
