Where are they?

It's been over a month that they were supposed to come out. Version .700 was supposed to be delayed so that the mod tools could come out at the same time.

The one new addition I've seen for modding is that there is the 'level edit' option (used for the 'detail props' idea). What I want to know is how to modify maps and how to edit conversations.

The tools are said to be just 'Python language compilers' - to simplify the .txt file editing. That seems like something simple to make.

So what is the reason the 'tools' have not been finished?
 
Haven't they moved yet? I haven't been keeping up. All I know is that on the day of the .703 release the tools were 'a few days' away.

We are finally moving to Ankara on Monday and in the house everything is packed into boxes. We also had our telephone and ADSL line closed. Luckily the ADSL is somehow still working but I guess it can go off any minute now. Anyway, if that doesn't happen I'll try to release the module system this weekend.

Obviously, he lost internet access and was unable to send anything. We are just going to have to wait till he can get set-up again and has the internet.

Out of interest, what does that picture in your sig represent LL? Is it Candlemass as in the 80's heavy metal band (I know they were from Sweden)?..

It looks like a concert ticket to me...

But back on topic, maybe that's why there've been no updates :wink:

Awesome. The stones are pretty much the creators of rock. not as good as queen IMO but they still rock. :lol: Its amazing that they are still playing after all these years.
