Use WSE, it has operation to play bik file.

play_bink_file                = 3025 #(play_bink_file, <path_from_module_directory>, [<duration_in_ms>]), #Plays a .bik file located at <path_from_module_directory>. If [<duration_in_ms>] is not set the full movie will be played

You can combine the publisher & developer logo biks and override the other with your own.

I don't think players are too keen on looking at videos that are stopping them from playing the game. Better leave it as a youtube promo trailer.
Or use WSE to play it at game start.

The treason in this game ruins singleplayer.
Is there a way I can reduce the rate drastically at which king's indict lords for treason? There is usually ~5 lords a day switching factions, and they aren't the same ones.
I have read it has to do with relations, like when a king hands out fiefs and such.
I wouldn't mind just stopping all indicting though. I would like to keep Lords themselves defecting and me being able to persaude them to join, though.

I did enjoy the video on TLD so not ALL people skip videos
