Modding Lords' Personalities

When you speak to a lord for the first time, there are half a dozen or so ways thay can address you.  This first conversation is very important, as it allows you to gauge that lord's personality.  A lord can be:

-Dovish/Peace-loving. "You have the look of a mercenary, another vulture come to feed on the misery of this land."
-Hawkish/Warlike. "I am eager to test my strength against yours in the tournament or on the battlefield.
-Pious/Charitable.  "Peace to you, and rememeber always to temper your courage with mercy and honor."
-Arrogant/Elitist. "Normally I cut out the throats of impudent commoners."

And so on.  Knowing which lords have similar personalities is VERY important when you're the marshal of a rebel faction.  Having a lord's rival on the roster makes it pretty much impossible to recruit him, and failing to do so means having to fight him off.  Early in the rebellion, this can be an instant game-breaker if you lose.

As someone who "uses" claimants as a way quickly to expand his lands, I would really like to see lords become more predictable so that I can make a list of which are likely to join my cause and which should be avoided.  It would be really great to know from the beginning which lords are noble and which are sinister, which are warlike and which are dovish, which lords are charitable and which ones are peasant-crushing bastards.

Now, it's easy enough to gauge a Lord's personality once you've started, but the personalities are randomly generated when you start a new game.  I'd like to know if there's a way to "reprogram" the lords so that they are consistently one type of personality.  For example, Lord Meriga would be the Pious type EVERY TIME.  Lord Doru would be the Arrogant type EVERY TIME.  Lord Ralcha would be the Warlike type EVERY TIME.  Not only does it make claimant quests more satisfying to plan and execute (it becomes more about politcal maneuvering and guile than just trial and error), but it will make the game more satisfying for role-playing if you're in to that sort of thing. (Lord Taisa?  Yeah, I know that guy!  He's really good to his peasants.")

Anyone who could point me to the code that determines Lords' personalities will have done me a big favor.

Thanks in advance! :D

EDIT: according to strings.txt, the personality types are liege, martial, badtempered, pitiless, cunnning, sadistic, goodnatured and upstanding.  Still no idea how to make certain lords have certain personalities.

i would like to have a list of all those basterd lords whom everyone hates. if you let them join your clainment you completly lose any chance of getting the other lords to join.
