Discussion General Modding kit won't launch

i press launch on steam and well umm.. nothing no launcher at all game is up do date as well as modding kit
0 error msgs it just stops
i uploaded a vid as well...

can't add the link thought
(update game has been reinstalled no change. game still runs fine)
