Mod

Hi guys i have a mod under construction and i need some people to check the files, i get a run time error every time i start. i have started again but still doesn't work so can some guys/girls look over it for me because i don't know where i am going wrong. the files are only Factions and Troops. i have also used Tweak Mb but I've tried it only with Tweak and it works.
