Working Traits Mod

Fixes the trait creation/assignment system during character creation that allowed them to seemingly vanish upon initial actions in the game world.

Please post there if there are any issues, it's been tested...but mistakes can happen.

This should make it so when you create a character, your traits won't go away as soon as you do anything in the game.

Note: This is my first mod...ever. Go easy on me :p

Thanks for making this mod! I've been looking for one of these and it surprised me that nobody made it yet, but I figured it was a .dll coding thing and so not as easy as all that.

I really hope that TW fixes the traits.
