Mod recomendation

Not sure if this is the right forum for this, the released mod forum dosnt allow me to post?

I am looking for the "best" single player mod to play, for me at least, and yes i know its all relative .
Im looking for something that extends the game play extensively, adds features, and is very well balanced (compatibility with 1.132 would be nice, but not necessary

But those are conversions.  If you're looking for a mod that just expands on the original then try Floris' Mod Pack.  It rocks and he is working on an update that will add a TON of new stuff.

ive downloaded and started playing bryten, it seems super hard (not a bad thing , but im experiencing alot of glitches on the world map, where ill spin the camera and funky 'smearing" happens, and i am SOOOO confused about the recruits and what they can be upgraded to, in vanilla the name helps alot, but in bryten they make no sense! even looking at the upgrade tree in camp is still very confusing. I like how the faction list on main website will tell me what the strongpoints of each faction are!

is there maybe a guide for that for bryten? i wasnt able to find one.

looking at blood and steel, will it work with 1.132 or do i need to roll it back?

Yes, it works fine with 1.132.

I recomend El Arte De La Guerra.

Floris' Mod Pack includes some of the things from El Arte De La Guerra (The Art Of War?).  I don't know everything El Arte does, but Floris' Mod Pack includes some of the castles from Arte.

Clicking on the troops in the troop tree will show you their inventory and stats, so you can see their strengths and weaknesses.

Theres roman invasion and diplomacy.  Also blood and steel is great.
