mod problem

i have quite a few mods that i have subscribed to, and i got bored so i downloaded “In the name of Jerusalem”, so i downloaded it and it basically crashed my pc, so i went to go and check back to play it, but saw every other mod not working. They were all being downloaded once again in the download list, any fixes for this?
edit: i forgot there was a support section, mb

Do you use Steam Workshop? Sounds like an issue with its download service.
