Mod or simple txt file change for no cash trades?

How can I just be able to trade between myself and named party mates, without requiring cash?

Is this even possible?

I read the Arena mod just gives them cash so they can buy what you give them, but does this work in Last Days? Though I'd rather just have it be no cash trades..
