Hi, I just played the Demo and I'm really hooked on this game, gonna get the full version A.S.AP. 

Is there a mod that has catapluts, seige engines, big castles etc... ?

Unfortunetly, I believe the Fantasy mod is done for. You may want to adjust your list.

I took a break for a while, and now moved back to TaleWorlds to restart modding. I'm doing better than ever.
