Mod for passive unit experience gain

I was trying to look for some mod via key words, but was unable to do so. What I'm looking for is mod which would allow your troops to gain daily passive experience. Ideally, based on some of your skills, for example leadership. Is there such mod? Thanks in advance

check nexusmods they have tons of mods. I saw one that does it pretty good (gives something like 100XP vs 3perday max u get from garrisoning, which takes like 150 days to level a peasant or something..)
