Mod for better Throwing weapons?

i thought Bows are simply the best...
but since i played a foot soldier with athletics 10 i realised that Throwing weapons has a rly big advantage(when the enemy is not standing so far away), specially against archers.
Cause you can rly run around them while you shoot. I tested this technique with 40 archers (forest bandits) against me on a open field(no horse and no hidding behind trees or something like this) and i won.

But the only problem is the ammunition! There is a solution for this problem when you got Power Throw at 10... Then you can one shot the most guys with a balanced Throwing Dagger... but it is rly hard to get Power Throw @10 and Athletics @10...

So my question is:
Is there a mod who add to the native version just more throwing weapons...
For Example:
Heavy balanced Jarid
Heavy balanced Throwing Axe
Heavy balanced Throwing Daggers
Heavy Masterwork XXX
2 hand Throwing Axe (No shied)
and so on...
and large bags versions for this stuff?
It is rly stupid that there are alot of Masterwork Bows and +3 Arrows in large bags (x34),
but for throwing weapons there are only this balanced version (Dagger (x14), Axe (x7), Jarid (x7)) with not rly high dmg and not much ammunition...

What rly suxx is that there are no "Large Bag version" for this Balanced stuff...
i already searched for it but you will never find, for example, a "Large bag of Balanced Throwing Daggers", although there are "Large bags of Heavy Throwing Daggers".




BTW:
what i rly don't understand is why is the best Jarid only doing 36p damage (a masterwork war bow with +3 arrows do 31p dmg!)?
A Jarid is a damn long wood staff with a sharp metal head... Stuff like this will kill you for sure when you got hit by it or knock you down!

The most supicous thing is that Power Draw increase the dmg by 14% for each lvl and Power Throw only for 10%. That make no sense... every bow has there limits an when you go over this limit the bow breaks. A other problem is that fast flying arrows got the Problem that they don't got Manstopping power they are just went through there Target.  So more speed is not more dmg for arrows, because arrows are just too thin. It doesn't matter if an arrow is flying with 150 mph or 200 mph, cause both is enough to went through the whole armor and body of the target.


 
The large bag, heavy and others are in the phyton code, part of the imobdits, I think there are already Heavy Jarids/Javelins... But they are hard to find. If you want, you can change the number of throwing weapons, I am almost sure that the Item Editor can change it, and if you use python, there is something like (max_ammo), you just change the number.

In my game I created a new throwing weapon, Assegai. There are 8 Assegais in one pack and they do 63 damage, I increased the ammo of the others weapons also.
 
Well the is a way to do this : The item editor.

You can edit the amount of throwing weapon you get per bag, you can also edit the amount of damage it does, you can edit almost everything with this tool.

And by the way, native is already set so there is large bags of throwing dagger, heavy bag of... etc.

I know this but there are no Large bags for the Balanced Weapons! and that is something i dont understand.

Bent
Balanced
Heavy
Large bag.

There is no Large bag of balanced jarid or whatever. Large bag is the strongest I think, well it should.

Module system is read by Python, it's hard to learn how to mess with these codes, but you should. Search for Jik's tutorial, the Winter one is outdated.

Nope, unless you create a new modifier which is Large bag of balanced X.

But why do you want large bag of balanced? Large bag is stronger than balanced, isn't it?

no is not ^^ cause balance increase attack speed and and attack dmg...
large bag just increase the ammunition (+1 @7 or +2 @14)

does anyone know what the modifier "heavy" excatly doing?

Heavy increases damage.

Also if you can edit the item to increase damage and speed, instead of creating a new modifier.
 
Yes i want to create a "new" Wepaon:
Heavy Jarid... but i need to know what a Heavy Jarid is like before im creating it... i thought someone could help me... but i think i must go into the game and search for a heavy jarird.

but does anyone know the price modifier for "heavy" ?

edit: okay i calculated a bit and the price multiplicator is +91% for heavy i think.

Well to create a new weapon, it's kinda easy with the item editor.
First open item_kinds1.txt (not with the item editor)

Then copy the item you want to edit (create a new) example Jarid, find the line and copy it

Now save item_kinds1.txt and open the item editor

Find Jarid. There should be two of it, select the second one.

Edit it how you want, you can rename it, etc.
But if you name it Heavy Jarid, you might be confused since there's the normal 'Jarid' with the heavy modifier and the normal 'Heavy Jarid' so I guess you can rename it to something like Strong Jarid or anything but naming it Heavy Jarid might confuse you.
 
Thx for the help i created now new Throwing Weapons:
I just named them Heavy (i disabled the modifider heavy for those wepaons and for the normal too)
And then i started the game (without saving my changes) and searched in the cities for the "normal" weapons with the heavy modifider. I  used the attributes of this modifided Normal Weapon as basic for my new heavy weapons. after that i increased the price for those new heavy weapons by 91%.

And at least i added modfiders to the normal and heavy weapons like for example: Master Tempred, Chipped rusty and so on.

edit: okay strange... i disabled this heavy stuff but i found now a "Heavy Heavy Javelin" and a "Strong Heavy Javelin" i dint activated this modifider for those weapons ..... is this a bug ?

okay now it works fine ;) i added now modfider for the heavy and normal shortend Scythe too (my favorite weapon ;) )

I think that they dont destroy the balancing of this game cause i didnt change anything at the ammunition and the prices for this weapons are calculated with the same method like the game it does.

This is actually pretty easy to make.
even easier if you use the unofficial editor, (this is for the two handed axe) just take a throwing weapon (like an axe and make a copy of it) and give it a mesh of a two-handed axe :D
and then you have a huge throwing axe...and then for the rest just make a copy of them and change the:name, amount, strength etc.
and voila!

But i disabled now the Tempred modificators for the throwing weapons cause it is not increasing the requirtments... and that is a bit imbalanced ^^ its stupid when you could use with Power Throw @ 2 Tempred Heavy Throwing Axes which are doing 44c damage :P

I got now a problem...
when a saber or the two hand axe hit a target the projectil (axe, saber) stick allways backward in the target... so it look like that the guy got killed by the knuckle of the weapon ... is there a way to change this ?
 
You have ever seen someone anywhere throwing any weapon by 2 HANDS ??? I mean just go outside of your house and throw some brang by both hands, youl fail, and if not, go to fairyplace to show your skill :)

what are you talking about ? 2handed throwing axes is not something special just check this video out than you understand:
