Mixing 2 mods features

I'd like to make a combination of 2 differents mods features, it would be prophesy of pendor with some of the sword of damocles kingdom management features added. Anyone can point me out in which direction I should go to make this. I think it should be possible to copy some line from SoD to PoP but from which file? and where should I start to know which line to copy?

Impossible at this time since PoP hasn't released source.
