TITLE : Transfering the troops
OBJECTIVE : Nothing much, just an order to send you and some other soldier (random group of 5-15 soldiers) to join the other lord's army. You have to travel with those 5-15 guys to find your new lord, but you can't lead or give any order to them. They will invent their own battle plan or just random charge.
REWARDS : Gold / Rank and salary reset  :sad: without having to return the equipments you recieved from your old lord  :razz:

FAILURE : If you don't or you can't find the new lord, you got unpromoted 1 rank but you could still serve the old lord until he give you this mission again.

TITLE : Gear of the Revolt
OBJECTIVE : Similar to Native's recliament quest that you have to established your own army then use them to help the new dictators conquer the land, but in this case, you just have to join with the lord army, which have the reclaiment in his army. Afterthat, the lord will take the city/ persuade the other lords/ crowded the reclaiment by himself. You just have to witness it.
REWARDS : 1. Being able to take part in the revolt. 2. A lot of GOLD while you're in the recliament armym and a large sum of gold if you succeed. 3.Being able to serve under the one and only woman lord in the game ( Isola of Suno) or other reclaiments.
4.Some renows 5.Got promoted
FAILURE Should be no way to fail (The reclaiment army should be over powered in this mod) but if that sounds boring, then the player should play some major role in the revolt. If he/she failed then, give the player days in jail and -10 relationship with the faction , then erased the reclaiment like when they fail in Native.

I know the second sound impossible, but I think the first one is required, as some lord NEVER go out of his own land, and the enemy never tried to attack him because of his large army... Moreover, this could increase the varition of the lords, the army, and even the faction that you serve.
 
Two Pronged Attack
description: your lord is planning an attack on a castle, but does not want to draw excess enemy attention
Objective: to take a squad of 20 men+ ur companions to raid villages or attack caravans on the other side of the empire, you are successful if your lord is not captured for 3 day or if you have created enough distraction for your lord to take the castle, or if you have devastated a certain amount of villages/ caravans
Reward Renown, pay raise, your own privet squadron should you accept another such mission or a personal leave. lord relations increase
failure loss of honor, renown, your lord is captured. relations with the friends of the lord decreases

The Rescue
description: your lord is captured after combat or while you are doing a mission/on leave
Objective: to take a squad of 20 men+ ur companions to infiltrate a castle, you may have to fight your way out
Reward Lots of Renown, lord relations increase
failure loss of honor relations with the friends of the lord and lord himself decreases

 
Title Escape
Objective Escape a town or castles dungeon by stealing the key of the prison guard when he brings you food, retrieve your gear from the jailer (found in the marketplace to make it harder with guards around) by knocking him unconscious, steal a horse by killing the horse seller (or get your horse back if you have one) kill the guards by the gate and escape the town.
Rewards +Relation with your lord, you don't have to wait so long to get out of prison +renown.
Consequences for failing You have to wait longer to get out, you are hurt when you leave (due to Whippings and days in the stocks).
note this quest would come at random when in prison like how messengers can arrive at your camp in some mods(not sure about native).

Title Infiltration
Objective Your lord wants you to serve in an enemy army and for one month and find out what you can about them to do this, request personal leave, join an enemy army fight with them for one month, then desert/revolt, rejoin your lord's army and talk to him to finish.(fail by being captured by another lord)
Rewards Equipment from the rank you got to in the enemy army, + Relation with your lord, -Relation with enemy lord, Troops from enemy army, gold, +Renown, Small loss of Honour.
Consequences for failing Massive loss of honour, Loss of gold, -Relation with your lord, being captured, go down in rank in your lord's army.
 
I got two good ones

Title: Lighten my load
Objective: Your Lord must press on and quickly! But his victories have become burdensome.  You and a small contingent are assigned to transport a band of prisoners or a wagon of loot. You must sell the prisoners or loot and return to your lord within 7 days.
Rewards: Increased traits such as prisoner management or trade, 1/5 of the profits, or increased relationship with merchants, ransom brokers and Lord. (One reward or the other is my recommendation)
Failure: Forfeiture of wages (2 weeks’ worth min), decreased relation with lord, or loss of prisoner management trait. (all at once)

Title: Hostage Transport
Objective: You must transport the enemy lord and/or his family to one of your faction stronghold. Time table 7 days
Rewards: Increase relationship with Lord, cash reward, and increase renowned (5)
Failure: Decreased relationship with Lord, Forfeiture of wages (2 weeks’ worth min), or loss of renowned (10).
 
Mission Title: Rescue
Description: Your lord sends you to a enemy lord to rescue some captured soldiers instead of trading prisoners for them.
success: Denars, Honor, and some friends who will join you if you rebel or desert, maybe a weapon or armor depending on the army size.
Failure: You are captured and all the consequenses that normally go with it.

Mission Title: Rebellion
Description: A Claimant has somehow found someone else to help him(too bad for you) your lord gives you an army to hunt down and capture all traitors(lords who dislike the liege will join him)
Success: A choice of promotion to lord or higher rank and some denar plus reputation boost for the faction and the king. Plus if you choose lord promotion then you get a fief from each of the traitors.
failure: Captured by the rebels, the rebellion continues, you lose renown.

This second one should be available or if you have good rep with the king and has a moderatelly high rank, suggestion for betrayal for the rebellion may be optional.

Mission Title: Negotiation
Description: The War has lasted long enough for honors sake, your lord sends you to offer peace, Your persuation skill is used to negotiate peace( denars to the winning side and fiefs returned or not)
success: If you come out of the negotion good you gain rep and renown and honor.
Failure: Bad deal you lose rep but gain honor, no deal lose rep and honor.

Mission title: Hunt Bandits
Description: Your lord sends you and a few lads to hunt some bandits
Success: denars, Renown, and honor
Failure: lost of renown and reputation with lord

Mission Title: Patrol
Description: Your lord needs some scouting done, you go scout and report back to your lord.
Success: Your lord goes after whatever you find, some denars and reputation with lord.
Failure: I don't know how you would failure this but lost of renown.
 
these are all great ideas. It would be an entirely new game. the threat seems dead but hopefully some ridiculously talented with an unrealistic amount of free time can make this happen. By five, today, maybe.
