Mission Completion Causing Game Freeze

Okay.. I triple checked to see if this was just a fluke.. and it's happening every time..

I completed King Yugo.. (Vaegir) whatever's mission to bring him 3 Swadian Footmen prisoners (I actually had 4). I saved right after I won the battle and took the prisoners.. then brought them to him.

Every time I click on "About the mission you gave me..." -- the game completely freezes -- the only way out is lucky Alt-Con-Del. When I press Alternate-Control-Delete, I get the following MB error message:

Illegal Ivalue in statement; Opcode = 20061

(Windows XP Home Edition, Dell Dimension 3000)

didnt i already make a thread about this? oh well maybe you beat me to it but yes i can confirm this for two quest types getting prisonersa and raising troops it always brings up that message you wrote about Opcode=20060 or something! Please fix this ASAP cos i have about 3 quests that i cannot finish and i cannot increase my wages!

I just got that.

But... I managed to complete a quest too.

I signed up to the Vaegir army.

The first quest was 'find 3 guard helmets'. I think it was from the King of the Vaegirs (can't remember the name).

I did that and got the money and experience.

The second quest was 'bring me 3 Swadian man-at-arms'. It was set by the Lord of Rivacheg. When I completed the mission, 'about the mission you gave me' I got the error message and crash.

So it looks like it's a bug with a particular quest or several particular quests.

Anybody else complete a quest?f

I've had this problem, but I've been able to complete quests that don't involve going back to the questgiver -- for example, delivering a message to the lord of wherever, or escorting a caravan to its destination.

Armagan mentioned on my thread on the subject that he'd found and fixed the problem for 0.701.

Interesting that it's possible to complete bring-equipment quests...

Ceaning agent: I apologize if I stepped on your toes. I didn't see this bug already reported, so I made a topic. Perhaps I didn't look hard enough.
